Terms and Conditions

Clients pay a €100 deposit which is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled. The outstanding amount must be paid immediately after the photo shoot.

The original photo gallery will be uploaded to PIXIESET within 3 days, customers can then select photos for editing.

Edited photos will be sent in high resolution (quality photo) 7-10 days after the customer has checked the selected photos.​

​NOTICE
​
In most photography packages, the original images (RAW files) are not included in the basic shooting fee that the client pays. Clients typically only receive edited images (JPEG or TIFF) based on the agreed quantity. If they want to obtain the RAW files, they will need to negotiate and pay an additional fee. The main reason is that RAW files are considered the "digital negatives," containing unprocessed data and are the intellectual property of the photographer. However, photographers may choose to sell RAW files separately, depending on the quantity or service package.
